The aim of this service is to work with you to create the perfect meaningful ceremony space that touches your heart - and those of your guests.

We would love to work with you to create the perfect ceremony space no matter what the occasion - whether that is a wedding, vow-renewal, awards ceremony, funeral, graduation, retirement, baby-naming or any other special life event.

A lot of research goes into our ceremony styling so that we can design with respect and insight no matter what your beliefs and background. 

This Service Includes:

Each Ceremony Styling will vary depending on the event and the venue.

We work with you through our unique collaborative Design Process to create an original, bespoke design. There will be at least one venue visit to assess requirements, measurements and features, then the design of:

- The ceremony backdrop and surrounds.

- Any ceremony props.

- Seating layout and aisle decoration.

- The decoration and layout of any tables or furniture needed for the ceremony.

What Will I Get?

You will end up with a Look Book that includes (as applicable): Mood Board; Written Summary; Equipment and Materials lists; Pricing; Preparation and/or Sourcing options. Preparation and Installation schedules.

How Much Does It Cost?

Each Ceremony Setting Final Design takes many hours to research and draw up. I offer all this for an investment of $250*.

*Construction and setup/pack-down costs for your Ceremony Setting are separate. Costing for this will be based on the scope of the project (view the Our Design Process page).
