A Range of Service Options
I think it's vital that at all times, you feel in control of the decision-making and budget. In addition, you may not need a full styling package. So I have designed a way of working with LLFC that is as flexible as possible by giving you as many services options as possible.

Wedding Planning, Styling & Floral Design
This is our comprehensive service option. It is based on a series of scheduled planning meetings with me, Lyndal McKenzie, where we talk through a checklist of upcoming things to do and draw up a plan of action for the next month or so. This means you will stay firmly in control of your wedding planning as LLFC will be guided by the decisions you make at each meeting.
This option also includes the design of every visual element of your wedding - starting with thinking about how you want to feel on your big day, and finishing with run-sheets and timeline development.
You can relax and enjoy your wedding planning and preparation, knowing you have someone there supporting you through all the decision-making. We will also do all the hard, time-consuming jobs so that you are free to enjoy the bits you love.
Wedding Styling & Floral Design
This is our most popular service option. It is ideal for those of you who have organised your venue, chosen your caterer, purchased your outfits, booked your cake.... but are struggling to bring your design vision to life.
Or maybe, you've made a start on organising your décor, but found it utterly overwhelming.
For this service, we focus on how you want your wedding to look and feel. It’s all about bringing your vision to life. It includes the design of every visual element of your wedding – Welcome, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception and Personal Florals.
With this service you can have the confidence that your wedding will be unique, heartfelt and special to you; that every detail will be sorted; and that your wedding will have that wow factor that guests will rave about for months to come.
Floral Design Service
This service involves developing a bespoke design for all the floral elements of your wedding or event. This includes a mood-board, colour palette, sketches and a Look Book describing all your individual floral elements. This might include:
Ceremony florals: backdrops, arches, urns, pillars, aisle decorations,
Reception florals: welcome displays, flower walls, overhead installations, buffet florals, backdrops,
Dining table florals: garlands, vase arrangements, bud vases,
Personal florals: bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, flower girl baskets.
We will also create mock-ups so that you can see, touch and generally experience your floral design to make sure everything is 100% right.
Floral Hire & Set-Up Service
This is our great value floral option. The aim of this service is to provide a semi-bespoke service that allows you to have gorgeous florals within budget. You tell us what flowers you love and select from a range of faux flower arrangement options to hire. We will then prepare your florals in the colour of your choice, travel to your venue and set them up on the day. We'll then return to pack down.
The types of floral we can create include: Welcome Sign Garlands, Ceremony Backdrops, Ceremony Arches and Pillars, Signing Table Arrangements, Aisle Flowers, Reception Seating Display Garlands, Wedding Party Table Garlands, Guest Dining Table Garlands and Arrangements, Cake Table Flowers, Cake Flowers, Buffet Table Garlands, Photo Walls, Champagne Walls, Bouquets, Buttonholes, Corsages, Flower Girl Baskets.
Other Celebrations
Got a birthday, anniversary or a special work event coming up? Here at LLFC we can help you plan, design and set-up a gorgeous celebration.
Over the years we've done the works - Baby Showers, Baby Namings, Hen's Parties, Kid's Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Dinner Parties, Art Exhibition Openings, Picnic Parties., Easter Brunches, Christmas Dinners. If you have a special event coming up, I'm sure we can help you make it magical.
Whether this is in your home or at a commercial venue, we can help you with invitations, welcome signs, lounge areas, photo walls, entertainment zones, bars, buffets, tablescapes, seating plans, cake tables.... you name it, we can design it.
The image left is from a very special picnic party for a one-year-old. We can even put together kids activity packs for you (it allows the former teacher in me to escape!).
And on the subject of picnics, we have everything you need for the perfect picnic party. These are ideal for hen's parties, baby showers, birthdays and romantic engagements.
Table Tops
This is a fabulous budget option if you have an event booked in at a venue and want an upgrade from the standard bland hotel table setting (you know the one - a white table cloth with a white napkin, possibly a small tea light candle and, if you're lucky, a bud vase with a flower in it).
With this service you can select from a number of upgrade options - including table runners, lighting and centre-pieces. We will then set up your tables and return afterwards to clear everything away.

DIY Support
This is a great budget option for those of you who are organised and like a DIY challenge.
After an Initial Consultation (complimentary), we will identify the support you need from LLFC and I will put together a bespoke service plan. This may include advice meetings (paid by the hour), crafting workshops, helping you source and prepare materials and simply being on 'stand by' if you run out of time or energy to complete your project.
Another way we can support you is to be on hand to set-up and pack-down your event. This leaves you free to enjoy your day and bask in the glow of a job well done!
