THIS IS OUR COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE OPTION. IT IS BASED ON A SERIES OF SCHEDULED PLANNING MEETINGS WITH ME, LYNDAL MCKENZIE, WHERE WE TALK THROUGH A CHECKLIST OF UPCOMING THINGS TO DO AND DRAW UP A PLAN OF ACTION. THIS MEANS YOU WILL STAY FIRMLY IN CONTROL OF YOUR WEDDING PLANNING AS LLFC WILL BE GUIDED BY THE DECISIONS YOU MAKE AT EACH MEETING.

This service gives you someone outside your friend/family circle to talk to on a regular basis and get advice from.

It also allows you to take on the parts of wedding planning you want, leaving LLFC to deal with the rest. Most importantly, it will save you hours of researching options and endless emails organising meetings and booking vendors.

We want you to feel 100% confident that the service is a perfect fit for you and that you are getting excellent value for money. Here at LLFC we aim to be as open as possible. Weddings are expensive and you have the right to know that you are getting excellent value for money.

Our Planning, Styling and Floral Design Service Involves:

Complimentary Initial Chat
- - - Either in person or online. We chat about your big day. I tell you about our services. We establish whether we are a ‘good fit’.

Seven 1-hour Planning Meetings held at critical points of the planning process:
- - - 12 Months To Go (deciding on the 'feel' and style of your wedding, venues, budget, priorities)
    - 6 - 12 Months To Go (selecting vendors, your wedding party, MC, bridal gown)
    - At the 6 - 12 month mark we will also start your Styling and Floral Design Journey. Click here to learn more.
    - 3 - 6 Months To Go (deciding on the wedding party's clothing, planning invitations, booking accommodation, creating a playlist)
    - 2 Months To Go (sending and tracking invitations, finalising menu and drinks, fittings, writing vows, notifying friends and family who will have special roles at your wedding)
    - 1 Month To Go (getting your marriage license, chasing RSVPs, reception seating, hair and make-up trials, organising wedding rehearsal, assigning jobs to friends and family)
    - 2 Weeks To Go (finalising arrangements, final seating plans, confirming schedules, checking-in with vendors)
    - 1 Week To Go (last-minute trouble-shooting, meeting and greeting guests)

Research vendors, products and materials - and make recommendations
Arrange up to 3 venue visits
Arrange meetings and attend them as needed
Develop run-sheets and timelines
Point of contact for all vendors and participants
Attend wedding rehearsal
Trouble-shooting and last minute issues and changes
Unlimited emails and messaging

Wedding Coordination:

As I will be fully involved with styling and florals set up on your wedding day, I can’t personally provide an on-the-day Wedding Coordination Service. However, I work in parallel with other vendors who I know can provide an excellent service if desired. Let me know and I can arrange a meeting.

How Much Does It Cost?

This service option starts at $3800. The final cost will depend on the size and complexity of your wedding. This fee is for the planning, styling and floral design element of our service. Production costs are additional. For a fully styled wedding (welcome, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and personal florals) expect to pay from $3500 for all styling elements, florals, set-up and pack-down.
