Wedding Styling and Floral Design Service

THIS IS OUR MOST POPULAR SERVICE OPTION. FOR THIS SERVICE, WE FOCUS ON HOW YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING TO LOOK AND FEEL. IT'S ALL ABOUT BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE. IT INCLUDES ALL ELEMENTS OF YOUR WEDDING - THE WELCOME, CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, RECEPTION AND PERSONAL FLORALS.

This service is based on stepping you through our unique collaborative design process. It starts with helping you to discover what you want the 'heart' of your wedding to be - how you want to feel on your big day and how you want your guests to feel. And it finishes with detailed layout plans and set-up guidelines so that on the day you can relax knowing every detail will be taken care of.

At each meeting we will also talk about any DIY projects you’d like to take on and what bits you want LLFC to deal with. A little bit of DIY adds a personal touch and helps you feel connected to your wedding planning. Too much is just unnecessary stress and overwhelm. The aim is to get the balance just right.

Most importantly, we will save you hours of sourcing materials and researching vendors, along with the associated endless emails and messages organising meetings and deliveries.

We want your wedding to be beautiful inside and out, so not only will we help you with all your decor details, we will ensure that your wedding design will be full of meaning, with pops of quirky and joyful surprises

The Design Component of This Service Includes:

- - Up to six design meetings where we work through all the decisions you need to make to create your unique, bespoke design. This starts with "Meet and Greet" (often a series of email or messenger chats) and finishes with a "Finishing Touches" check-in just before your big day.
  - A site-visit to photograph and measure your venue(s).
  - Concept Development (Mood board, Colour palette, Outline description of each design element).
  - Research (sourcing materials, suitable vendors, Pinterest boards, crafting methods, cultural and/or religious requirements).
  - Full Design Proposal - a beautiful presentation booklet of up to 30 pages in which every design element is described in detail. This includes:
    - - Inspiration images
        Written descriptions
        Price-point options
        Design sketches
        Layout/floor plans
        Materials and Florals lists
        Sourcing and Production Details
        A full breakdown of costs
        Wet weather options
  - Mock-Ups to help you visualise major design elements (up to 2 hours)
  - Unlimited emails and messaging
  - Communication and coordination with any and all vendors involved in the design of your Wedding
  - Full and detailed timeline for the preparation, delivery and set-up/break-down of your wedding design

How Much Does It Cost?

As every wedding (and every wedding couple) is unique we have found it unhelpful having a set fee for our styling and design service. Instead, we add a 15% charge to your pricing. This pricing approach has worked out to be fairer and more flexible.

For Example:

If you are having a marquee wedding for 200 guests where we are providing $10,000 worth of décor and styling, we will charge a $1500 fee. If you just need help with dining table decoration and the costs come to $700, then we will charge a fee of $105.

At times, we may have to adjust this formula. For example, if your venue is an exceptionally long distance away and/or we need to visit it many times over during the planning and design phase. In this case, we may add an additional travel fee.
