WANT AN AFFORDABLE AND EASY WAY TO ADD A PERSONAL TOUCH TO THE DINING TABLES AT YOUR EVENT? IS YOUR VENUE PROVIDING ALL THE BASIC TABLE DRESSING, BUT THE LOOK IS A BIT TOO BLAND OR COMMERICAL? OUR TABLE TOPS PACKAGE IS AN IDEAL SOLUTION.


The aim of this service is to provide an affordable all-inclusive package that you pay for by the table. The package includes design, set-up and pack-down.

This Package Includes:


Your package includes at one meeting to talk about your requirements, then the provision of the following hire items:

- Your choice of base from: table runner, table drape, mirror base or wood round base.

- Your choice of centrepiece from: tall vase, low vase, basket, crate or lantern.

- Your choice from: 3 tea light candle holders (and LED tealights) or string of seed lights.

- A silk flower floral arrangement.

Note: Travel and delivery may be extra, depending on location.


Optional Extras Include:

- Extra lighting - candles, tea lights, fairy lights.

- Personalised table stationery  (place-setting cards, menus, etc.).

- Personalised wedding favours at each place setting.

- Charger plates and placemats.

- Colour-coordinated linen napkins.

- Colour-coordinated chair sashes. 

- Fresh flowers

- Large floral centrepieces, multiple floral arrangements, table garland, place-setting floral sprigs.

- Special top-table, sweetheart table or cake table decoration.


Our Standard Table Tops Package Does NOT Include:

- Table linen.

- Cutlery, glassware, crockery and charger plates.

- Travel and delivery may be extra, depending on location.

How Much Does It Cost?


Our Table Tops package includes a consultation, floral arranging, equipment hire, delivery, set-up and pack-down. We provide all this for an AMAZING $50 per table (minimum 4 tables).
