If you have a special event coming up, I'm sure we can help you make it magical.
Want to do a bit of the work yourself? No problem. At each meeting we will talk about any DIY projects you’d like to take on and what bits you want LLFC to deal with. A little bit of DIY adds a personal touch and helps you feel connected to your party. Too much is just unnecessary stress and overwhelm. The aim is to get the balance just right.
Most importantly, we will save you hours of sourcing materials and researching vendors, along with the associated endless emails and messages organising meetings and deliveries.
The list is endless!! At our consultation meeting we will work through a checklist of design features identifying the ones you would like to include to create a totally bespoke package. This checklist includes:

An initial "get to know each other" chat.
Three 1-hour design meetings where we work through all the decisions you need to make to create your unique, bespoke design.
A site-visit to photograph and measure your venue(s).
Concept Development (Mood board, Colour palette, Outline description of each design element).
Research (sourcing materials, suitable vendors, Pinterest boards, crafting methods, cultural and/or religious requirements).
Full Design Proposal - a beautiful presentation booklet of up to 30 pages in which every design element is described in detail. This includes:
Inspiration images
Written descriptions
Design sketches
Layout/floor plans
Materials and Florals lists
Sourcing and Production Details
A full breakdown of costs
Mock-Ups to help visualise major design elements
Unlimited emails and messaging
Communication and coordination with any and all vendors involved in the design of your Wedding
Full and detailed timeline for the preparation, delivery and set-up/break-down of your wedding design
This service starts from $500, but will vary greatly depending on your celebration. After an Initial Consultation (complimentary) I can draft up a service estimate for you. Production costs are additional.
