Floral Design Service

THIS IS A GREAT OPTION WHERE YOUR VENUE, OR YOUR SUPPORT TEAM, WILL SET UP MOST OF THE DECOR ELEMENTS OF YOUR WEDDING OR EVENT. WE WILL SUPPLY THE FLOWERS. THIS SERVICE INVOLVES DEVELOPING A BESPOKE DESIGN FOR ALL THE FLORAL ELEMENTS OF YOUR WEDDING.

We will work with you to create a clear vision for your florals then develop a design for it. This includes creating a Mood Board, Colour Palette and Design Look-Book which will include sketches of major design features. We will also create Mock-Ups so that you can experience your floral designs in reality.

The Design Component of This Service Includes:

- - An initial "get to know each other" chat.
  - Three design meetings of up to 1 hour where we work through all the decisions you need to make to create your unique floral design.
  - A site-visit to photograph and measure your venue(s).
  - Concept Development (Mood board, Colour palette, Outline description of each design element).
  - Research (sourcing materials, suitable vendors, Pinterest boards).
  - Full Design Proposal - a beautiful presentation booklet in which every design element is described in detail. This includes:
    - - Inspiration images
        Written descriptions
        Design sketches
        Florals lists
        Sourcing and Production Details
        A full breakdown of costs
  - Mock-Ups to help visualise major design elements
  - Unlimited emails and messaging
  - Communication and coordination with any and all vendors involved

How Much Does It Cost?

This service option starts at $300. The final cost will depend on the specific floral arrangements you choose to include in your design.

As a guide, for the 2022/2023 wedding season, the average wedding floral design and set-up cost $1800.
