CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, EASTER AND HALLOWEEN ARE ALL GREAT EXCUSES TO HOST A THEMED PARTY. LET US TAKE THE STRESS OUT OF THE OCCASSION BY PLANNING AND DESIGNING THE PERFECT SETTING.

The aim of this service is to work with you to help bring your holiday themed party to life. We will transform your dining room (and/or other spaces) into the perfect setting for your Party. We can design, source and make decorations, props and even costumes to suit themes.

This Service Includes:

We work with you through our unique collaborative Design Process to create an original, bespoke design. Every party is different, but it will include at least one venue visit to assess requirements, measurements and features, then the design of:

- Tablescape.

- Any buffet/food/bar displays required (including grazing tables and platters).

- Any themed decorations, props and costumes required.

- Florals.

- Stationery (place-setting cards, menus, etc.).

- Decor items and Linens ( ornaments, vases, napkins, table runners, etc.).

What Will I Get?

You will end up with a keepsake presentation folder that includes: Mood Board; Written Summary; Equipment and Materials lists; Pricing; Preparation and/or Sourcing options. Preparation and Installation schedules.

How Much Does It Cost?

Each Holiday Setting Final Design takes several hours to research and draw up. I offer all this for an investment of $150*.

*Construction and setup/pack-down costs are separate. Costing for this will be based on the scope of the project (view the Our Design Process page).
