The aim of this service is to provide you with everything you need to host the perfect Picnic. We have a large range of pouffes, pillows and outdoor rugs. We also have fabulous low tables that can be covered in the linens of your choice. Combined with florals, we can help you create an orginal, bespoke look for your Picnic Party.

We are also more than happy to include the decorative items which you have already to make your event really special and personal.

This Service Includes:

We work with you through our unique collaborative Design Process to create an original, bespoke design. Every picnic is different, but it will include at least one venue visit to assess requirements, measurements and features, then the design of:

- Rug, Cushions, Pouffes, etc.

- Tablescape.

- Any cake/buffet/food/bar displays required.

- Florals.

- Stationery (place-setting cards, menus, etc.).

- Props and Linens ( ornaments, vases, napkins, table runners, etc.).

What Will I Get?

You will end up with a Look Book that includes (as applicable): Mood Board; Written Summary; Equipment and Materials lists; Pricing; Preparation and/or Sourcing options. Preparation and Installation schedules.

How Much Does It Cost?

Each Picnic Final Design takes several hours to research and draw up. I offer all this for an investment of $150*.

*Construction and setup/pack-down costs are separate. Costing for this will be based on the scope of the project (view the Our Design Process page).
