THIS IS ALL ABOUT CREATING AN INTIMATE, ROMANTIC SETTING FOR A SPECIAL MOMENT - A PROPOSAL, THAT 'FIRST LOOK', SHARING YOUR VOWS PRIVATELY BEFORE THE WEDDING, YOUR FIRST NIGHT AS A MARRIED COUPLE, AN ANNIVERSARY. THE LIST IS ENDLESS!

The aim of this service is to work with you to create the perfect setting for your romantic moment.

This could be a picnic, a candlelit room full of flowers and treats, a 'treasure hunt' that ends in an engagement ring, fairy-light tunnel, s'mores buffet... the only limitation is your imagination!

This Service Includes:

We work with you through our unique collaborative Design Process to create an original, bespoke design. It's impossible to anticipate what the design might be in detail, but it includes at least one venue visit to assess requirements, measurements and features, then the design of:

- Any backdrops and structures (e.g. tents, tunnels, picnic tables, etc.).

- Props (e.g. picnic baskets, candles, flowers, linens, drapes, etc.).

- Food and drink displays.

What Will I Get?

You will end up with a keepsake presentation folder that includes (as applicable): Mood Board; Written Summary; Equipment and Materials lists; Pricing; Preparation and/or Sourcing options. Preparation and Installation schedules.

How Much Does It Cost?

Each 'Touch of Romance' Final Design takes several hours to research and draw up. I offer all this for an investment of $150*.

*Construction and setup/pack-down costs are separate. Costing for this will be based on the scope of the project (view the Our Design Process page).
