The Guest Welcome

THIS IS ALL ABOUT THAT FIRST IMPRESSION, THE WOW FACTOR AS GUESTS ARRIVE. IT SETS THE THEME AND MOOD FOR YOUR EVENT.

The aim of this service is to work with you to create the warmest, most impressive welcome for your guests - a welcome that will live on in their memories for years to come! At a wedding, it's also about entertaining guests during 'cocktail hour' (that time when the bride and groom are being photographed).

This Service Includes:

Each Welcome Styling will vary depending on the event and the venue.

We work with you through our unique collaborative Design Process to create an original, bespoke design. There will be at least one venue visit to assess requirements, measurements and features, then the design of:

- Welcome displays and signage.

- Gift/wishing well displays, escort card tables, welcome packs and seating charts.

- Favours tables and/or remembrance tables.

- Cocktail bars, grazing tables and candy bars.

- Guest entertainment areas and lounge areas.

- A floor plan and seating plan (where applicable).

What Will I Get?

You will end up with a keepsake presentation folder that includes (as applicable): Mood Board; Written Summary; Equipment and Materials lists; Pricing; Preparation and/or Sourcing options. Preparation and Installation schedules.

How Much Will It Cost?

Each Welcome Space Final Design takes several hours to research and draw up. I offer all this for an investment of $250*.

*Construction and setup/pack-down costs for your Welcome Space are separate. Costing for this will be based on the scope of the project (view the Our Design Process page).
