BABY 'WELCOME TO THE WORLDS' ARE THE BEST! AT THE RISK OF US GETTING SERIOUSLY CLUCKY, WE'D LOVE TO HELP YOU WITH YOURS. WHETHER IT'S A RELAXED FAMILY AFFAIR AT HOME OR A FORMAL FUNCTION AT A VENUE, WE CAN PLAN AND DESIGN SOMETHING SPECIAL AND UNIQUE FOR YOU.

The aim of this service is to work with you to create the perfect setting for your baby's big welcome. Have a theme in mind? We LOVE a themed party. We're also more than happy to work alongside and friends and family who want to get involved.

This Service Includes:

We work with you through our unique collaborative Design Process to create an original, bespoke design. Every 'welcome to the world' is different, but this service will include at least one venue visit to assess requirements, measurements and features, then the design of:

- Ceremony backdrop/decor.

- Cake table and backdrop.

- Tablescape.

- Any buffet/food/bar displays required (including grazing tables and platters).

- Any themed decorations required.

- Props for baby-shower activities

- Florals.

- Stationery (place-setting cards, menus, etc.).

- Props and Linens ( ornaments, vases, napkins, table runners, etc.).

What Will I Get?

You will end up with a keepsake presentation folder that includes: Mood Board; Written Summary; Equipment and Materials lists; Pricing; Preparation and/or Sourcing options. Preparation and Installation schedules.

How Much Does It Cost?

Each 'Welcome to the World' Final Design takes several hours to research and draw up. I offer all this for an investment of $150*.

*Construction and setup/pack-down costs are separate. Costing for this will be based on the scope of the project (view the Our Design Process page).
